Meet The Team

Mandy LeComte, LICSW - Owner

Have you spent years dieting and wondering if you’ll ever stop the cycle of losing and gaining weight? Many of my clients say this when they reach out; they have struggled with food noise, binge eating , have an unhealthy relationship with food and would like to stop dieting and start living. I also work with adults who are using or considering GLP1’s and weight loss surgery to support their journey to having a healthier relationship with food.

Are you having the same conversations in your relationship and nothing changes? Let's work together to look at these patterns individually or as a couple. I work with couples who are dating, engaged or married.

Working with school faculty, military personnel and family are two areas I also have a strong passion for. I spent years working as a school social worker and have military ties professionally and personally.

Sessions focus on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions and behaviors, while fostering insight and supporting meaningful change. Clients say that therapy with me is like talking to a real person.

Faith Based Counseling is an area of focus for me that I incorporate if clients are interested. As a Christian, at the heart of everything I do is a desire to help people live more fully, more intentionally, more hopeful and more alive in the present moment.

I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts or like they’re constantly overthinking everything. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism and needing reassurance in relationships.

You might find it hard to stay motivated, manage your emotions or feel confident in yourself, even when you’re trying your best.

In therapy, I focus on helping you understand your patterns and build practical skills so you can feel more in control, grounded and confident in your daily life. My approach is supportive, honest and down-to-earth, l’ll meet you where you’re at while also helping you move forward.

Issecheliz Maldonado, LCSW

I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, postpartum experiences and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust and feel more connected to one another. My approach is warm, collaborative and focused on meaningful, lasting change, with both insight and practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I help individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected understand their patterns and move forward with clarity. If you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling to communicate or feeling unsure of yourself, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to shift your thinking.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and can integrate faith if it’s important to you. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

I help teens and adults who feel anxious, sadness, overwhelmed, exhausted and overburdened, sort through their emotions and forge a path forward. I take a strengths-based approach with my clients and provide trauma-informed care. If you feel it is time to make a change in your life or want to gain a new perspective, therapy can help you work toward it.

I specialize in working with people who have chronic illnesses, the geriatric population and those who may be caregivers. I also work with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, panic disorder and PMDD.

Research shows that you can feel better and do more if you treat the whole person. What you feel physically, emotionally, and what is happening in your life can all affect your health. I compassionately work with clients going through difficult times in their lives. Life can feel hard at times, but with the right support and guidance, everyday challenges can become more manageable.
