Meet The Team
Mandy LeComte, LICSW - Owner
Therapy is collaborative, structured, and responsive to each client’s individual needs and goals where experiences, questions, and patterns are explored with care and curiosity. Sessions focus on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while fostering insight and supporting meaningful change. A balance of curiosity, direct feedback, and evidence-informed interventions is used to help you better understand yourself and develop more adaptive ways of coping.
My passion is working with couples who are dating, engaged or married as well as adults with food addiction; specifically those who are using a GLP 1 s, weight loss surgery, or feel like you struggle with food noise and would like that to change. Working with school faculty is also something I really enjoy as I spent many years as a School Social Worker!
Faith Based Counseling is also an area of focus for me that I incorporate if clients are interested. As a Christian clinician at the heart of everything I do is a desire to help people live more fully, more intentionally, more hopeful and more alive in the present moment.
Alexandria Marois, LCSW
I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts or like they’re constantly overthinking everything. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, and needing reassurance in relationships.
You might find it hard to stay motivated, manage your emotions, or feel confident in yourself, even when you’re trying your best.
In therapy, I focus on helping you understand your patterns and build practical skills so you can feel more in control, grounded, and confident in your daily life. My approach is supportive, honest, and down-to-earth, l’ll meet you where you’re at while also helping you move forward.
Issecheliz Maldonado, LCSW
I help individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected understand their patterns and move forward with clarity. If you find yourself repeating the same relationship dynamics, struggling to communicate, or feeling unsure of yourself, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to shift it.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, postpartum experiences, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected to one another. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meaningful, lasting change, with both insight and practical tools you can use in your everyday life.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and can integrate faith if it’s important to you. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
