Clients say that therapy with me is like, “talking to a real person”. If you feel like my profile aligns with what you are looking for click the button below to send me an email or call me for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit.

Have you spent years dieting and wondering if you’ll ever stop the cycle of losing and gaining weight? Many of my clients say this when they reach out; they have struggled with food noise, binge eating , have an unhealthy relationship with food and would like to stop dieting and start living. I also work with adults who are using or considering GLP1’s and weight loss surgery to support their journey to having a healthier relationship with food.

Are you having the same conversations in your relationship and nothing changes? Let's work together to look at these patterns individually or as a couple. I work with couples who are dating, engaged or married.

Working with school faculty, military personnel and family as well as other service providers are also areas I have a strong passion for. I spent years working as a school social worker, have military ties professionally and personally and I know the importance of being able to talk with another professional who understands the work you do.

Faith Based Counseling is an area of focus for me that I incorporate if clients are interested. As a Christian, at the heart of everything I do is a desire to help people live more fully, more intentionally, more hopeful and more alive in the present moment.

I work with teens and adults in Rhode Island who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts or like they’re constantly overthinking everything. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism and needing reassurance in relationships.  I am solution-oriented and trauma-focused. I am trained in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).

You might find it hard to stay motivated, manage your emotions or feel confident in yourself, even when you’re trying your best.

In therapy, I focus on helping you understand your patterns and build practical skills so you can feel more in control, grounded and confident in your daily life. My approach is supportive, honest and down-to-earth, l’ll meet you where you’re at while also helping you move forward. I aim to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels seen and valued with a strong commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Anxiety, sadness, grief, exhaustion or simply carrying too much for too long can make it difficult to know where to begin. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or stuck and are ready to find a way forward. My approach is warm, compassionate and strengths-based.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, older adults and caregivers who may be carrying the emotional and physical demands of caring for themselves or someone they love. I also work with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, panic disorder, PMDD and couples looking to work on communication and build a strong foundation whether dating, engaged in a longterm relationship or married.

Whether you are going through a difficult season, adjusting to a major life change, or simply feeling like something needs to change, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I am here to help so that you don’t have to take the next steps alone.
