ADHD Support
-
Living with ADHD can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating; especially when your mind feels constantly “on,”. Your thoughts become difficult to quiet, or everyday tasks feel harder than they should.
At Come Alive Counseling, Ally and Caitlyn specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and executive functioning challenges through compassionate, evidence-based telehealth therapy.
We understand that ADHD often impact far more than focus or routines. They can affect relationships, work, emotional regulation, self-esteem, motivation, and daily functioning. Many clients also experience shame, burnout, masking, people-pleasing, or the feeling that they are “too much” or “falling behind.”
Therapy focuses on helping you better understand your patterns while building practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness and self-trust.
