Therapists Who Can Help

Faith Based Counseling

For many people, faith is an important part of healing, resilience, and personal growth. Faith-Based Counseling provides a supportive space to explore life's challenges through both evidence-based therapeutic approaches and your personal spiritual beliefs. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, or questions about purpose and identity, therapy can incorporate your faith in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

Our approach is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. We welcome clients from a variety of faith backgrounds and provide a judgment-free environment where spiritual values can be integrated into the counseling process as much—or as little—as you prefer.

We recognize that recovery looks different for everyone and work collaboratively with each client to create a personalized path toward healing and growth.

What We Help With

Therapists Who Can Help

ADHD Support

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can impact focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Many adults and adolescents with ADHD experience frustration, overwhelm, procrastination, or difficulty following through on tasks despite their best efforts. These challenges can affect work, school, self-confidence, and overall quality of life.

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are newly exploring symptoms, or simply feel stuck in patterns that are affecting your quality of life, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and move toward lasting change.

Our ADHD counseling services help clients better understand how ADHD affects their unique experiences while developing practical strategies for managing symptoms and building on personal strengths. Through evidence-based approaches, we work on improving organization, reducing stress, strengthening executive functioning skills, managing emotional challenges, and creating systems that support long-term success. Whether you have a recent diagnosis or have been living with ADHD for years, therapy can help you gain greater confidence, clarity, and control in your daily life.
