Employment - We offer part-time roles for LCSW’s and LMHC-A’s in RI, MA & VT.
Supervision - We offer supervision for LCSW’s and LMHC-A’s working toward independent licensure in RI, MA & VT.
Start Your Own Practice - We offer support for those who feel called to start their own private practice.
Requirements To Join Our Team
At Come Alive Counseling, we seek dedicated and skilled therapists who are passionate about providing exceptional care. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a position:
• Licensure: Must be licensed as a Master’s level ( LCSW or LMHC-A) therapist in the state(s) where you intend to practice.
• Technology Skills: Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer. Proficiency with technology is essential for virtual therapy sessions, documentation, and communication.
• Workload: Must be able to conduct a minimum of 8 client sessions per week.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills are required. Therapists must check their work emails in the morning and evening during workdays to stay responsive due to the nature of the work.
• Professionalism: Commitment to client care, maintaining documentation deadlines, and active engagement with supervision and team communication.
