If you’re looking for a place to grow your clinical skills in a private practice setting in hopes that you will one day start your own practice once you obtain independent licensure and receive personalized supervision you have come to the right place.
This small practice was built with intention and care—created to stay rooted in curiosity, compassion, ethics and real human connection. Here, you’re encouraged to do the work with the populations you feel most connected to and the flexibility to shape your schedule, focus on what brings you joy and grow in a way that feels aligned with who you are as a clinician.
Employment - We offer roles for LCSW’s and LMHC-A’s in RI, MA & VT. We are a very small group focused on our relationships with clients. Our practice is virtual only and we see clients in the day, evening and weekends. An LCSW or LMHC-A who wants therapy experience with supportive and individualized supervision who is working towards independent licensure. You are self-motivated to build your client panel and develop an online presence. You are engaging, dynamic, organized, responsible and able to complete documentation. We do not offer health insurance.
Supervision - We offer supervision for LCSW’s and LMHC-A’s working toward independent licensure in RI, MA & VT. If you have a full time job that is not providing you supervision towards independent licensure reach out so we can get you started on the hours you need.

Requirements To Join Our Team
At Come Alive Counseling, we seek dedicated and skilled therapists who are passionate about providing exceptional care. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a position:
• Licensure: Must be licensed as a Master’s level ( LCSW or LMHC-A) therapist in the state(s) where you intend to practice; RI, MA and VT candidates.
• Technology Skills: Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer. Proficiency with technology is essential for virtual therapy sessions, documentation, and communication.
• Workload: Must be able to conduct a minimum of 8 client sessions per week.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills are required. Therapists must check their work emails in the morning and evening during workdays to stay responsive due to the nature of the work.
• Professionalism: Commitment to client care, maintaining documentation deadlines, and active engagement with supervision and team communication.
